We have recently opened our Townsville store and look forward to provide the same exceptional service our customers have come to expect. Our technicians have been trained to the highest standard by OEM’s and have the required site inductions and qualifications to undertake any project safely and successfully. Being a smaller company we are in contact with our customers regularly and we are contactable 24/7. We have developed a service database which allows us to manage service intervals of our customer’s machines. We believe our customers get the benefit of dealing with the larger OEM’s but with the personal touches.
